I'm a strategic, resourceful, and transformative brand and creative leader with over 15 years of experience in leading teams that build brands and influence people in creative ways.

I love building scalable creative teams using a mix of in-house, agency, and freelance resources to deliver great that looks great and doesn't cost the earth.

I've worked with some of the biggest sports partnerships and huge events like COP26. I also have experience in strategy and planning and know my way around a QBR.

I have a strong background in in-house creative production and storytelling. I'm also good at explaining why we don't mess about with the logo.

I love to inspire and influence and that is very much my leadership style. Personality tests put me as a Provider/Connector and Helping Inspirer with high authenticity and social connection.

I live in Staines-upon-Thames (it's nicer than you think!) and have two young children, a parasitologist wife, and a rescue cat called Ada.
